1. The service

AI Basics is an online course teaching AI literacy through short lessons, quizzes, badges, and certificates. The first 2 modules are free to try with no payment required. Modules 3 onward require an active subscription.

2. Subscription & billing

• The subscription costs ₹1,999 per month and auto-renews every 30 days until cancelled.
• Payments are processed securely by Razorpay. We don't store your card, UPI, or bank details.
• You can cancel anytime from your account — cancelling stops future renewals, but you keep access for the remainder of the period you've already paid for.
• Your subscription is automatically cancelled once you complete every module in the course, so you're never billed after finishing.

3. Refund policy

Because you can try Modules 1–2 free before ever paying, subscription payments are generally non-refundable once a billing cycle has started. If you believe you were charged in error (for example, a duplicate charge or a technical fault on our end), contact us within 7 days of the charge and we'll review it in good faith.

4. Your account

• You're responsible for keeping your login credentials secure.
• Accounts are for individual use — please don't share your login so someone else can access paid content without subscribing.
• We may suspend accounts used for abuse, fraud, or violating these terms.

5. Course content & certificates

All lessons, quizzes, images, and other course materials are the property of AI Basics and are provided for your personal learning use only — not for redistribution or resale. Certificates reflect your quiz performance within the course and are intended to recognize your learning progress; they are not an accredited or government-issued qualification.

6. Acceptable use

Please don't use AI Basics to:

• Attempt to bypass payment, hack, or disrupt the service
• Copy or redistribute course content outside your own learning
• Impersonate another person when creating an account

7. Limitation of liability

AI Basics is provided "as is." We work to keep the course accurate and available, but we don't guarantee it will be error-free or uninterrupted at all times. To the extent permitted by law, we aren't liable for indirect or incidental damages arising from your use of the service.

8. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Changes take effect once posted here, with an updated "last updated" date. Continuing to use AI Basics after a change means you accept the update.

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India.
